Platform Use Agreement
for Pakistani Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "zh8", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to zh8.lat, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at zh8.lat and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Platform" means the zh8 website, mobile applications, APIs, and all gaming products and services offered thereon, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and instant games.
• "Player", "you", or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zh8 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful zh8 registration, identified by a unique username or mobile number.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all financial transactions on the zh8 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player by zh8 through promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, or any other incentive scheme, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" means PKR deposited directly by the Player into their zh8 Account via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be converted to Real Funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process zh8 undertakes to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, the framework of controls zh8 operates to detect and prevent financial crime through the Platform.

By accessing the zh8 Platform, creating a zh8 Account, or placing any bet or wager on zh8, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the zh8 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, game-specific rules, and any other policies or guidelines published on zh8.lat (collectively, the "zh8 Policies").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zh8. zh8 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.

To register and use the zh8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of zh8:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zh8 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any Account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal, non-commercial capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing zh8 is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of zh8, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a pre-existing zh8 Account that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information zh8 requires. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Providing false information during zh8 registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

As a registered zh8 Player, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your zh8 login password strictly confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify zh8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Log out of your zh8 Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to use your zh8 Account to place bets or conduct financial transactions, even with your permission.
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change, particularly your registered mobile number used for payment methods such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

zh8 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security. zh8 reserves the right to treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have provided prior written notice of a security compromise.

zh8 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently approved for deposits to the zh8 Platform:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. zh8 does not accept third-party deposits. If zh8 determines that a deposit was made using a payment method not registered to the Account holder, zh8 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the Account, and report the transaction under its AML obligations. zh8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests on zh8 are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless zh8 specifically approves an alternative at its discretion. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for all payment methods.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Real Funds generated from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Real Funds not derived from bonus activity may be requested at any time subject to KYC completion and AML checks.
• zh8 reserves the right to impose a maximum weekly withdrawal limit of PKR 2,000,000 per Player. Higher limits may be negotiated with zh8 VIP support for verified high-value players.

zh8 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated Wagering Requirement before conversion to Real Funds eligible for withdrawal.
• zh8 bonuses are intended for recreational players. Players using bonus schemes as a systematic arbitrage strategy may have their bonus eligibility revoked.
• Wagering Requirements on zh8 promotions will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Typical wagering requirements range between 20× and 40× the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
• zh8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where technically practicable.

All sports betting and wagering activity on the zh8 Platform is subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately in the zh8 sportsbook help section.

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the zh8 system with a unique bet reference number. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of bet slips before system confirmation carry no legal weight.
• zh8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable pricing error occurred, where odds were significantly below the correct market level due to a technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. zh8 may suspend in-play betting at any point during an event at its discretion, particularly during breaks in play or when a significant event is imminent.
• Minimum bet amount: PKR 100. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are indicated on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings on winning bets are credited to the Player's zh8 Account balance within a reasonable timeframe following result confirmation by zh8.
• For cricket betting — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 matches — events abandoned due to weather or safety concerns will be settled in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published in the zh8 help section.

All casino games available on the zh8 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, instant games (Monster Crash, Mine), and table game variants — operate under the following rules:

• All zh8 casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physically randomised outcomes streamed from studio environments.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all zh8 slot games are independently verified and available in the individual game information panels.
• Malfunction of any game — technical fault, server error, or software bug — voids all wagers on affected rounds. zh8 will not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions.
• Players must accept game-specific terms before participating in jackpot games. Progressive jackpot eligibility typically requires a minimum bet level which will be stated in-game.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer announces "no more bets" and the game outcome is determined. zh8 does not accept disputes regarding live game results once recorded by the studio system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zh8 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate Platform systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
• Using the zh8 Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to zh8 support.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks on deposits after wagering the deposited funds.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Any form of collusion with other Players in multiplayer games or tournaments hosted on zh8.

zh8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the zh8 Policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by zh8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback notification from a payment provider in connection with the Player's Account.
• A player self-exclusion request submitted through the zh8 Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting zh8 support directly.
• Legal obligation to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

zh8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. zh8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from within your zh8 Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit to your zh8 Account.
• Loss Limits — cap the amount of Real Funds you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on zh8 for a specified duration.
• Reality Check — periodic on-screen reminders of time elapsed and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the zh8 Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request and is irrevocable for the chosen period.
• Account Cooling-Off — a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

All content on the zh8 Platform — including but not limited to the zh8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio-visual elements, software, databases, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of zh8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zh8 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zh8 content without prior written authorisation from zh8. Any unauthorised use of zh8 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a legal violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh8 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the zh8 Platform.
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server outage, network failure, or any cause beyond zh8's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to the Player's own failure to maintain Account security.
• Any claims arising from a Player's violation of applicable local laws in their jurisdiction when accessing zh8.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit zh8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by zh8's gross negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

zh8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the zh8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on zh8, you consent to zh8's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• zh8 collects registration data (name, mobile number, date of birth), KYC documents (CNIC), transaction records, and gaming activity data.
• Data is used for account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, customer support, and with your opt-in consent, marketing communications.
• zh8 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulators as required by law.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by zh8 by contacting support.

zh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zh8 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the zh8 Platform homepage, providing at least 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the zh8 Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which zh8 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the zh8 Platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

• Step 2 — Escalation: If the response from zh8 Customer Support does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the zh8 compliance department by providing written details of your complaint and zh8's initial response.
• Step 3 — Independent Arbitration: Where disputes cannot be resolved internally, zh8 accepts submission to an independent arbitration body operating under the zh8 gaming licence framework. The outcome of arbitration shall be binding on both parties.
